At Video Resume Link, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, since our hosting services are digital and time-based, we can only provide refunds in specific situations.
- Full refunds are available if your video hosting has not yet started (no video uploaded).
- Once your video is uploaded and hosting is active, the service period begins and is non-refundable.
- If you encounter a technical problem preventing access to your hosted video, please contact us at support@videoresumelink.ca.
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time to reflect service changes.
