At Resume Video Link, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, since our hosting services are digital and time-based, we can only provide refunds in specific situations.
- Full refunds are available if your video hosting has not yet started (no video uploaded).
- Once your video is uploaded and hosting is active, the service period begins and is non-refundable.
- If you encounter a technical problem preventing access to your hosted video, please contact us at support@videoresumelink.ca.
We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time to reflect service changes.
